Powder Coated Products

Jumpsource’s facilities include a state-of-the-art powder coating system complimented by a phosphate cleaning line to surface treat all our customers’ parts prior to painting. Too often powder coated products have poor quality when the cleaning and painting are not both carefully controlled. This is why we have both processes under careful control and inside the same building. We leave no room for error, and do not rely on suppliers for delicate manufacturing processes or surface treatment.
