Grinding
Jumpsource’s in-house grinding facility ensures we manufacture your products with first-rate precision to meet or exceed your finish requirements. Our grinding processes include both cylindrical grinding for headed shafts and centerless grinding for standard straight shafts. Both grinding processes allow us to reach a surface finish of 16 (.4µm) after turning the shafts down to size. Our equipment has the capacity to handle up to five inch diameters (over 100mm).

Grinding Products Experience
Jumpsource delivers substantial landed cost savings for our customers that manufacture a variety of centerless ground items. We manufacture over 750 SKUs of pivot pins for the leaders in the construction and aerial lifting equipment industries, who depend on our pins to perform a very critical safety role in their equipment.
