Jumpsource China has two main offices staffed by American and Chinese project managers, engineers, quality control professionals, logistical support, and production coordinators. At our factories, Jumpsource engineers and project managers are on our factory floors working with our manufacturing personnel, overseeing execution against your production plans, and conducting source inspections on first articles and production runs. From the development of first articles through the annual manufacturing of production volumes, our China operations ensure that your parts meet or exceed your specifications and are delivered on time and at the target price.
Process Control
Our China engineering and quality teams work with our North American operations to establish and refine process plans prior to manufacturing and placement of your orders. They work on-site with our manufacturing personnel to ensure that the process plans are understood and executed against. Any adjustments to process plans are communicated to you for approval based on appropriate documentation and rationale.
Quality Control
Our QMS (Quality Management System) enables our personnel to carefully manage and document all process and quality controls to guarantee on-time delivery of quality parts, while maintaining a comprehensive audit approval system for our own manufacturing facilities and those of our manufacturing partners.
In addition to our supervision of your manufacturing processes, Jumpsource has invested in a state-of-the-art quality and metrology lab (CMM included) in China that allows us to work in real time to accelerate the acceptance of first articles. This investment is a core element of our QC/QA program, providing an objective assessment of parts to ensure that only quality parts are delivered to your operations. |
